2011 NC State Open 3-Move Tournament Entry Fees 

Single Division $20: James Atkins, Dustin Belcher, Matthew Clark, Frank Davis, Larry Keen, Taurus Pritchett, Mike Ross, Buck Smith, Rodney Smith, Trey Stanley, Bob St. Lawrence, Ted Williamson, Gary Wilson, Charles Woolum    (14 fee paying entrants) = $280

• 2½ hours per round - 2 games (1 hour & 15 minutes per game) 

• If the game is not completed on time, then a move per minute for 10 minutes. 
  

• If the move per minute does not create a decision, then the referee will make a decision for the results.

• Either opponent may request referee to conclude 1^st game on time after an hour, so 2^nd game will start on time.

• A 3 point bye round would be awarded as the first bye, thereafter to the lowest opponent.

• The first bye is 3 points and thereafter 2 points awarded to multiple byes.

• If a player is 15 minutes late, then the game will be forfeited. 

• If a player is 1 hour late or more, then both games will be forfeited. 

• Re-pairing, only if necessary in last round. 

• 4 points for a forfeit

• 3 points for a bye 

• 2 points for a win

• 1 point for a draw
